Naughty Songs

Everybody has their own “guilty pleasure” songs. You know the ones that make you want get up and dance, or maybe even do something naughty. I’ve been pretty addicted to a few of these recently, so I thought I’d share them with you all!

1. Pour Some Sugar On Me by Def Leppard

This song may be older, but too good to ever go out of style. It’s a classic “naughty” song, and is actually the #1 song used for stripping (bet nobody ever told you that one)

2.  I Almost Told You That I Love You by Papa Roach

This song crosses the line into just plain dirty just a bit, but is still pretty awesome. Just beware the video, it’s pretty wild

3. Scream by Avenged Sevenfold

Sexy metal, what could be better?

4. Bad Girlfriend by Theory of a Deadman

Pretty self explanatory

5. For Your Entertainment by Adam Lambert

This song is so hot, and very addicting!

6. I Get Off by Halestorm

My number one favorite naughty song by far. The more you listen to it, the more little things you notice, especially some of the double meanings!

7. Bad Romance

Just plain sexy

A Song for Every Mood

Being a typical teenage girl I have a gazillion different moods. The amazing thing is that there are so many different genres of music with a huge variety of bands, so I can have an entirely unique playlist of music according to how I am feeling! I thought I would post a few of my favorites songs for certain occasions!

Stressed out beyond belief:

Whenever I am really stressed out or upset, this is always the song I turn to. For some reason it always makes me feel better!

Excited and Pumped up:

When I’m getting ready for a party, hanging out with friends or want to dance around, this is the right song for the job!

Frustrated/Angry

Somehow screaming it out makes everything better.

Flirty

When I want to get a guy, this song helps give me the confidence!

Break-Up

This song ends things well I do believe..

I’m Dreaming in Red and She Paints Me Blue: Colorful Music

Yes I know this is not a music blog but –

Have you ever noticed the color involved in the emotional aspect of music? It just struck me the other day when I was studying; I had my MP3 on a playlist, and it played two amazing songs in a row. The first one was Dreaming in Red by the Calling and the second was She Paints Me Blue by Something Corporate. Now this may not seem significant in any way, shape or form, but it is! The use of these two colors tie in with the themes of the songs to change the whole feeling you get about them. Red is a vibrant and exciting color, so dreaming in red brings to mind an exciting day dream, or maybe his life is like a brilliant dream. In the other song the color blue makes you think of sadness, lonelyness, or maybe even peace.

Here are some other cool “colorful” songs I found –

Red Sam by Flyleaf

Falling Inside the Black by Skillet

Blue Burns Orange by Hawthorne Heights

Snow White Queen by Evanescence

Blood Red Summer by Third Eye Blind

Black Balloon by Goo Goo Dolls

Blue Orchid by White Stripes

It’s actually quite amazing how many songs use color to express emotion. I am sure you could find more with some time
