1. Goodnight Moon by Go Radio

I had never heard this song until a guy I knew played it on guitar, and it made me melt. Two months later (we are now dating), and this song almost makes me tear up! The lyrics are so beautiful, and the concept together make this song irresistibly romantic.

2.  I Love Your Existence by Alex Goot

So sweet and so unique, give this one a try! Such a simple statement that means so much but without overdoing it.

3. Ordinary People by Clay Walker

You might not be a country music fan, but this song can still strike a chord somewhere. After listening to this song a few times it makes me want nothing more than an ordinary relationship with all the love, passion and comfort.

Unfortunately I was unable to find it on youtube, so you’ll have to look it up elsewhere.

4. Inevitable by Anberlin

There aren’t enough words to describe how purely amazing this song is. So amazing in fact that this is the song I plan on playing at my wedding, because who doesn’t want that perfect someone to be our “last first kiss”?

5. Kiss Me by New Found Glory

This song is romantic in the sweet innocent way of children rather than a love song, but is so cute and sweet it had to be added to the list.

6. You Shouldn’t Kiss Me Like This by Toby Keith

This is another country song, and the first love song I really ever connected with. To this day I still cannot listen to it without getting the chills

This song may be older, but too good to ever go out of style. It’s a classic “naughty” song, and is actually the #1 song used for stripping (bet nobody ever told you that one)

2.  I Almost Told You That I Love You by Papa Roach

This song crosses the line into just plain dirty just a bit, but is still pretty awesome. Just beware the video, it’s pretty wild

3. Scream by Avenged Sevenfold

Sexy metal, what could be better?

4. Bad Girlfriend by Theory of a Deadman

Pretty self explanatory

This song is so hot, and very addicting!

6. I Get Off by Halestorm

My number one favorite naughty song by far. The more you listen to it, the more little things you notice, especially some of the double meanings!

7. Bad Romance

Just plain sexy

One of the very cool things about it to start is the strumming pattern, it has a very distinctive up and down series of strums, keeping the song very fast moving and rhythmic. At the very beginning and end of the intro the strings are muted to produced a “flatter” sound. This song seems to have almost a drum like beat even without the drums or bass!

The lyrics are also pretty special, they tell a story of a guy who was ensnared by a girl with less then honorable intentions. This is one of the few songs that shows a guy being lead astray by a girl, usually it seems to go the other way around. It shows the true emotions of a guy being vulnerable without falling into the trap of being whiney and generally “emo” (not that those type of songs aren’t good in their own way).

The analogies used in this song are so beautifully written and thought provoking. Just listen to some of these lines:

“I’m painted crimson and blue, she was a ruthless artist. Traded my skin for cheap sex and tattoos”

Almost everyone has had a time in their life when someone has lead them astray, or led them on to belief something. I think something in this song can resonate with each of us.

Fall Releases 2010

Something For The Rest Of Us by Goo Goo Dolls (August 28th)- unfortunately I have not had a chance to listen to this yet, and regret it deeply.however I’ve been told it’s not as good as their older music, which is probably true. Their new music doesn’t carry nearly as much emotions and deep meanings as in Dizzy Up The Girl.

Asylum by Disturbed (August 27th) – I haven’t heard much about this album, although supposedly it was supposed to be pretty epic. That remains to be seen, although coming from them it most likely will be.

Time For Annihilation by Papa Roach (August 31st) - I don’t tend to listen to a whole lot of Papa Roach, although this is probably worth listening to, they are very talented.

Dark Is The Way, Light Is A Place by Anberlin (September 7th) – Of course I went out and bought this the week it came out, expecting nothing less then pure musical ecstasy. While it didn’t quite live up to my expectations, it is still genius.

Hurley by Weezer (September 10th) – Not an album I’d run out and purchase, but might be worth listening to. With such a unique cover and title it is bound to be interesting.

A Thousand Suns by Linkin Park (September 8th) – Cannot wait to listen to this one!

Hands All Over by Maroon 5 (September 15th) – This is another of those bands that I have been eagerly waiting for a another CD from, especially after hearing their new single, Misery. Hopefully this will be a great followup to their last album!

My Darkest Days by My Darkest Days – A new band that almost nobody has heard of, but has a lot of potential.

The Dissent of Man by Bad Religion (September 24th) – Bad Religion without fail manages to crank out great punk, however after listening to so many of their albums, they are all starting to blend into each other just bit. Good none-the-less though.

Invented by Jimmy Eat World (September 28th) – I tend not to listen too much to Jimmy Eat World, however this will probably be good.

Life Turns Electric by Finger Eleven – This is pretty great
